After a long hiatus, I am back to blogging. I have traveled half a million miles since my last post, which is the best excuse I could come up with on the spot. :-)

Painfully Sore...

I've started Krav Maga (Israeli IDF martial arts program). It's pretty interesting. It's the only discipline I've tried that encourages you to work out in street clothes. It makes sense on some level, but sure does take some getting used to. It's also pretty painful to get kicked by some guy wearing shoes. :-)

Hostage Situation at work!

Ug.... I left the office today only to discover I was on the wrong side of a police tape parameter! Apparently there was some sort of hostage situation in our building. Ack.
